Order processing

The processing of your order is done within a maximum of 24 hours from its registration, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 16:00.

Orders registered on Saturdays and Sundays will be picked up and processed on Monday of the following week. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next day.

Order delivery time

At Flydog we strive to send your package as quickly as possible. If you ordered a unique, customized product, then the execution time can vary between 1-4 days + delivery time 24-48 hours.

Before Christmas, Valentine's Day or other public holiday the execution time may take longer, even a week. That's why we ask you to order in time if you want to make a gift for someone.
